These are really delicious alone for a healthy snack or with cheese or your favourite spread.

The flavours are there for sure. I myself prefer a crunchy cracker so these were a little too soft for me. Maybe paired with a thicker stronger type cheese would balance it.

I bought these out of curiosity; looking for yummy healthier crackers so I thought I'd try. These are really good and unique; the kale/lemon taste works perfectly with cheese or a dip. And best of all, I thought they'd be rock hard but they aren't. They are a nice consistency when you bite into them, and I'm buying them again.
