Winemaking Notes: The grapes for the 2019 Riesling AF were picked on October 18, 2019. After careful sorting and gentle pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks using natural, non-selected yeast. After 9 months in stainless steel, the wine was racked, filtered and bottled on . After one month, the wine was bottled on June 30, 2020 without fining.
