This plant-based yogurt alternative is made using walnuts, and is dairy free, soy free and gluten free. It has the texture of yogurt, and is slightly sweetened. Walnuts contain an omega 3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). It may lower cholesterol and triglycerides, reduces high blood pressure and inflammation. Enjoy a jar on its own or added to smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, chia seeds, muesli, granola or salads.

This pasteurized product can be kept at room temperature before opening, but tastes best chilled. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 1-2 days if not used all at one.
