The Spent Goods Company's Bavarian-style Beer pretzels are slightly tough and salted on the outside and soft on the inside. One bite and you can't stop eating them. Freshly baked daily and made only with ingredients you can pronounce. Spent Goods uses barley grains used in the beer making process that would other end up in landfills to make these pretzels - a win for the environment, and for you!
Ingredients: Barley grains from Henderson Brewing, water, unbleached untreated all purpose flour from P+H Milling (blend of Ontario and Prairie wheats), unbleached untreated bread flour from P+H Milling (blend of Ontario and Prairie wheats), diastatic malt powder from Grain Pro, sugar, yeast from SAF, sesame seeds, salt, and olive oil.
Vegan, halal, no preservatives or additives.

I’m not sure why these have sesame seeds instead of rock salt on top. It made them feel less like a pretzel. Still good, but needs more salt.
Soft, tasty and when you hit that bit of salt at the top...yum! We dipped them in our soup; probably the best beer pretzels I've ever had.
We love to slice these like a bagel and toast them. They are soooo good hit and crispy!
What can I say other than I could eat the whole pack in one sitting :)
