Zambonelli's Almond Sumach Dukkah is a built on a spice base of cumin and coriander. This flavour blend features almonds, sumach, seeds and spices for a nut mix with warm and complex flavours.
Each dukkah blend is unique in it's own way, depending on the tastes of the maker. Dukkah is most commonly eaten and quite delicious dipped with bread and olive oil, but it is also a great condiment to add exotic flavour to salads, for crusting meat or fish, or topping vegetables with.
