Real Food Kitchen's tasty chicken meteor-bites are gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free, so more people can enjoy them. They are made with 100% chicken thigh (real chunks, no filler) and are coated with seasoned organic chickpea crumbs, adding more protein but also fibre. These meteorites skip the added sugar, soy protein isolate, modified milk ingredients, artificial flavours... and whatever else is in other nuggets on the market.
750g package (3-4 adult servings. This product is fully cooked and delivered frozen.
Preparation Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Tap the frozen nuggets on the counter top to break them up. Empty the desired amount in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place on middle rack and bake for 18-23 minutes, turning half way through to break up any clusters. Bake until coating is golden, crisp and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F. E njoy!

I highly recommend these as an easy and tasty dinner for the gluten-sensitive among us! but even my husband who can eat gluten ate them, so that's a good sign! :)
