House of Empanadas presents their famous chimichurri, which is handmade for the best texture and flavour, and is delicious on their empanadas (or on steak, potatoes and just about anything else). Chimichurri is a savoury Argentinian sauce made with finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, crushed red peppers, vinegar, and oil.
This is great with the empanadas and with steak. I highly recommend!
After failing to make my own time and time again, I finally found one that has all the flavours perfectly balanced. Have used it on skirt steak, roasted potatoes and mash potatoes. Can't say enough good things about it. Bought and extra jar and froze them in an ice cube tray for quick access.
