This locally-made organic Spirulina Aioli is a newly-released product made by Organic Chef Foods. Enjoy the pretty green colour this aioli adds to dishes and the benefits that come with this blue-green algae. Spirulina is a nutrient-dense superfood packed full of vitamins including vitamins A, C, E and B, as well as a host of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium.
Use the aioli sauce in the same way you would any other, as spirulina does not have a strong flavour. This is great on salmon, tacos, with shrimp and in citrus-y salads.
