The uniqueness of Spent Goods' bread comes from incorporating barley grains that have already been used to make beer. By diverting these ‘spent’ grains, you help to reduce greenhouse gases that would have been generated if it had been disposed.
This product has a shelf life of 7 days at room temperature - or freeze up to 3 months.

I bought this loaf out of curiosity. I expected it to be dense, but I was not sure how it would taste. The loaf was dense, moist, and slightly sweet. It was very good on its own with butter, in a sandwich, and toasted. I would buy it again.
