Zambonelli's Hazelnut Dukkah is a built on a spice base of cumin and coriander. It's a delicious blend of hazelnuts, seeds and spices that has warm and complex flavours.
Each dukkah blend is unique in it's own way, depending on the tastes of the maker. Dukkah is most commonly eaten and is quite delicious when dipped with bread and olive oil, but it is also a great condiment to add exotic flavour to salads, for crusting meat or fish, or topping vegetables with.
