This plant-based yogurt alternative is made using hazelnuts, and is dairy free, soy free and gluten free. It has the texture of yogurt, and is slightly sweetened. Hazelnuts are high in folate which is important in spine and brain development. It may slow brain related degenerative disorders in older adults. This pasteurized product can be kept at room temperature before opening, but tastes best chilled. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 1-2 days if not used all at one.
