The best kouign-amann in the GTA. For those of you who live alone and are hesitating to buy a 4-pack, these freeze very well - wrap in tin foil and bake at 300 F for about 15 mins from frozen.

Oh my god!

These were fantastic! I have tried to make them twice at home with very limited success. I had them in Brittany a few years ago on a bike trip and have been hankering for the same taste since then. These were the best. I had to hide two in the freezer, otherwise I would have eaten them all at once.
