Parallel's tangy, thick and creamy labneh is made in-house using a combination of cow's milk and sheep's milk. Labneh is a yogurt that has been strained of its whey. Best eaten with fresh pita or bread, or with veggies. Serve topped with with fresh or dried herbs and a drizzle of good olive oil for a beautiful presentation and depth of flavour.
