Malty and Hoppy Delicacy has curated this limited edition of 4 mini beer jellies (4 x 45 ml) made with barrel-aged local craft beers, with cheese pairing suggestions for an incredible gustative experience.
These are the flavours they have chosen specifically for you:
- Cider Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale (EZRA, Great Lakes). This beer jelly is characterized by classic Saison aromas of subtle lemon, pepper, and grass, complemented by the apple notes from the cider barrels and some malty sweetness.
- Pinot Noir Barrel-Aged Flanders Red Ale (ROSE COLOURED GLASSES, Great Lakes). This beer jelly is pleasantly sour, with notes of cherry, raspberries and other dark fruits.
- Imperial Stout Aged in Pinot Noir Barrel (WINEY BASTARD, Nickel Brook). This is a full-bodied Imperial Stout, with a “je ne sais quoi”. Pinot Noir barrels add a new layer of complexity, bringing inviting fruit and floral notes with a pleasantly tart finish.
- Imperial Stout Aged in Kentucky Bourbon Barrel (KENTUCKY BASTARD, Nickel Brook). The maturation process in Kentucky Bourbon Barrel has helped to develop the depth and complexity of this Imperial Stout, bringing vanilla, oak, and warming alcohol notes.
Beer and cheese are a must to try ... These beer jellies will bring out nicely the flavors of artisan cheeses that have not only a mild creamy, fruity, nutty or earthy aroma but also the ones with a more funky, goaty, meaty, or more complex character.

Each beer jelly is made with local craft beer, organic cane sugar, citrus pectin, and Fresh lemon juice. This is a vegan product. Only 7 cal per tsp (1,7 g sugar per tsp).
