Preparation Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Preheat oven at 325°F. Empty the contents of the package into an oven-safe container. Cover. Place on center rack in oven. Bake until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F, approximately 20-25 minutes. Consume within 48 hours after thawing.

This chicken heats up well and tastes delicious. It is nicely spiced but not too spicy. My husband is not fond of many spices, but he really enjoyed this and said he would eat it again. That speaks volumes. I served it with some rice and it really hit the spot. It also came out of the packaging really easily (I have had other products from other companies that stick or leave a lot of residue behind). I highly recommend it.

A perfect, easy meal - flavourful and versatile - it has become a regular part of our meal rotation. (In my house of dedicated and constantly hungry carnivores, it only feeds two.)
