Marben;s Black Angus brisket from Beverley Creek farm is brined, seared and sous vide with a paste made with smoked habanada peppers. This results in a super flavourful brisket that is ready to slowly heat on the BBQ or oven and will stay juicy and flavourful.

Reheating Instructions: Fully cooked. Heat slowly on the BBQ or in the oven.
