Albion Hills Farm's Mennonite Summer Sausage is an all-beef natural salami, lightly spiced with three peppers and honey mustard seeds. Produced using traditional Italian curing methods, passed down through generations, this salami ages up to one year. It's particularly tasty served with aged cheddar and seasonal vegetables!

As someone who is picky with their cured meat, this summer sausage was incredible! I eat it as a snack and on pizza. Packed with flavour and you can tell a lot of care was put into making these sausages.
Excellent summer sausage! Perfectly dry, just a hint of acidity. Was a crowd pleaser at a recent social bubble dinner paired with a bunch of cheeses (also from Toronto Market Co!)
