The Spent Goods Company's multigrain loaf is freshly baked every day with only ingredients you can pronounce. It's made using 4 different whole grains, slowly fermentated over days to increase nutritional value, flavour, and digestibility.
75% of the grains used to make this loaf are sourced from Ontario, and traditional stone milling techniques are used to preserve the integrity and unique character of the grain.
The uniqueness of Spent Goods' bread comes from incorporating barley grains that have already been used to make beer. By diverting these ‘spent’ grains, you help to reduce greenhouse gases that would have been generated if it had been disposed.
Loaf includes 14 slices.
Ingredients: organic whole wheat, water, organic spelt, organic rye, brewery barley grains, unbleached all-purpose wheat flour, salt, and non-commercial sourdough culture.
Vegan, halal, no preservatives or additives.
