Goûter's Olive Bread is crusty, chewy and studded with briny olives. It's perfect for making sandwiches, on charcuterie boards even used to make croutons as side to your soup.
This loaf freezes well. You can cut and freeze slices or the whole loaf, and simply remove from freezer a few hours before consuming for bread that tastes like it was baked just that morning.
The olive loaf has great flavour and a nice "chew". The crust is very chewy, which some people like. A good-sized loaf and easy to slice.
