I really wanted to enjoy this meat, but my steak knife could not cut through the muscle that piece of meat came from. I managed one or two mouthfuls before giving up. The marinade flavouring was great, but the non-stop chewing was enough to make me stop eating it. I have sous-vide skirt steak to NY strip, I own a smoker that I've cooked almost every kind of meat on for hours and hours, so when it comes to meat, I have an idea of whats edible and whats not...this was not. Not likely to order again. In the future, I suggest you print the cut of meat on the packaging. Mine did not look like the whats in the picture of this product!
It was really delicious. Meat was tender and tasty.
