    Moist & flavourful

    I ordered this despite the previous reviews because I love pizza and I love focaccia bread! This focaccia was moist and perfectly soft and it added a unique and pleasant flavour to the pizza. Our crust wasn't excessively greasy, but the crust stuck to the foil and made it difficult to remove. It was smaller than we expected so this is for 2 people only with a salad and dessert - which was no problem given the rest of our order!

    Not as good as it looked

    Looked great, smelled good and had good flavour. But the the grease from the pepperoni seeped under the focaccia crust -- which came out a bit gloopy and underdone, although the top was done perfectly and would have burned if we left it in the oven longer. It might have been better if it had been cooked outside of the foil pan that was provided, but I'm not sure if we will try it again to find out.
