This plant-based yogurt alternative is made using walnuts, and is dairy free, soy free and gluten free. It has the texture of yogurt, but with a sweet nutty flavour. Walnuts contains omega 3 which helps reduce high blood pressure and inflammation, and may also lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Enjoy a jar on its own or added to smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, chia seeds, muesli, granola or salads.
This pasteurized product can be kept at room temperature before opening, but tastes best chilled. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 1-2 days if not used all at one.
