Sapori Toronto is a Chef Operated charcuterie business, hand making some of the city’s best charcuterie. It began as a charcuterie and wine bar on Dundas West in 2018 and closed this year due to COVID-19. Chef Ryan Sciara is still making the same quality charcuterie boards served at the restaurant, along with the mustard, the pickles, the preserves, and even smoking the olives.
