Sullivan & Bleeker Baking Co. is the brainchild of Elyse Wahle - self-taught cake and icing queen. Her years working for Dylan's Candy Bar in NYC tuned her sweet tooth and affinity for high-end treats. She relocated from her New York apartment at the corner of Sullivan St. & Bleecker St. to Toronto, and has been putting big city style into decadent desserts across the GTA ever since.

Simply put, Elyse’s orders outgrew her NYC apartment’s fridge space, so she decided to set up shop in Toronto to make delicious, nut-free baked goods.

All of the items are nut-free and baked in a certified nut-free facility.

Yes! Sullivan and Bleeker items are easy to freeze. The cupcake jars will last for up to 3 months in the freezer, and the cupcakes and cookies are easy to freeze too!
